学会说好话
最近看到一篇博 说中国人喜欢拣难听的话说
深有同感 我觉得这和我们的教育有关 批评和自我批评
说实话就是诤友 有什么就说什么 好听的话就是阿谀奉承 是奸人
因为工作的需要还有环境的变化
开始慢慢尝试说一些赞美的话
赞美不是奉承 而是善于发现和表达身边美好的人和事
效果开始慢慢的出现 自己也相对比较开心
我一直都觉得不够幸福 可能就是我没有发现美的眼光
对自己以及对身边的人都太苛刻
我们都是凡人 都不完美也 都会互相影响情绪
多说些'恭维'的话吧
